Im in a pickle and needed some advice. Here is my background
job1 : Start date : Oct 2017 till present, over 3.5 years of experience in relevant NOC
job 2: 2015-2016 relevant to NOC
job 3: 2013-2015
job 4 : 2012-2013
In my EE profile, I only mentioned job 1 because I did not have experience letter from my job 2. and this job one was enough to prove my experience in the NOC.
Now I have gotten OINP, I want to know if my profile in OINP should be aligned with EE? if yes, what are the consequences of not mentioning earlier jobs?
second option is, what are the consequences if I add job 2 in my EE profile and also add this job 2 OINP profile ( I do have an experience letter to confirm this job 2
