Can I undergo medical exam at Saudi Arabia and submit my visa application at India??

I just want to know if i can undergo medical exam at Saudi Arabia and submit my visa application at India.

No, the Saudi hospital will send the medical results to Saudi based Canadian high commission while your application will be processed at Indian based Canadian high commission,if you apply in India.
