Can I travel while CEC in process

Hello

Could you please advise if it is possible to travel outside of Canada while CEC is in process? I have already done medicals for my CEC Application and at the moment I am under a work permit visa. I have my work permit and TRV to get back into the country.

Also, what is the next step after medical? Do they ask for your passport? If you could please advise the procedure after medical.

You can travel out and comeback to Canada without any issues while the CEC is under process. Its just that if you are completely moving out of Canada then you need to inform the CIC about your address change.
After medicals is completed you just need to wait for the Passport request..
