Can I travel to Canada if my course is online?

I have received my visa on March 12th and my course defferal to September intake.
There is no official info on mode of delivery they are saying it is online. Suppose my course is online can I travel to Canada as I'm not in travel restrictions.

Did any one travelled Canada recently like my reason?

Yes you probably could, but be prepared to be asked about your quarantine plan for your first 14 days in Canada.
