I am refugge applicant.I didn’t get my hearing yet.Am I eligible to travel outside the country?
Unfortunately you are not eligible to travel outside of Canada at this time.
You will have to wait until your hearing has been held and you have been accepted as a protected person by Canada. You will then be able to apply for an RTD that will allow you to travel outside of Canada (but not to your home country).
If you leave Canada before your hearing and before you have been accepted as a protected person by Canada, you will be abandoning your refugee claim.
