Can I take any short course when hold open work permit?

Hi everyone
Just got my sponsorship work permit, it's said "Unless authorized, must not attend any educational institution or take any academic, professional or vocational training course",
Is anyone know if I be able to take any course? To make self-improvement, all the course will be under 10 days, it's about cooking, make up or massage course then will have certificate
