Can I submit Super Visa application and medical after?

Hi everyone,

I want to submit application next week, and I know that biometrics will be requested next day so I will do that but also I want to do medical exam the same day. I understand that they won't ask me for that right away but I do not want to take two trips. How can I submit medical results once they do ask for it? Can I add more documents to my application after it's submitted?
