Can I submit paper application instead of online application?

Hi all,

I am planning to submit my application for the Extension of my Visitor Visa. My passport is eligible for online application. However, I have too much information to upload, such as letter from my husband for intent of Family Sponsorship, etc.

I would like to know:

1. Although I am able to do an online application, can I send in through paper application instead? Because if I submit online, all the information will not be able to be as neat as I want them to be.

2. If I can, do I need to explain in a letter why I want to send in a paper application rather than an online one?

1. Yes, you can submit paper application.
2. No, you don't need any explanation letter for submitting paper application as Online application is not mandatory. Paper application just takes more time than Online application.

Regarding submitting too many documents, you can make one pdf copy of similar documents and submit it online.
