Just received an ITA yesterday.

Since I came to Canada to do my Masters, do I need to still upload my Bachelor's degree received in India prior to coming to Canada? I don't have any WES for the Bachelor's degree, plus I don't think it's needed since the Masters is enough to claim points. Just want to confirm if it's okay to upload just the Masters degree documents while submitting the application on EE page?

Also, with regards to employment reference letter, is it okay to upload the letter of recommendation signed by my employer to my Canadian university in 2013 that lists my job position and all duties? Or do I need to get another so-called "reference" letter from the employer? The LOR goes like this..

February 25, 2013.

To Whom It May Concern:

Please accept this letter as my unequivocal recommendation of Mr. xxx for the xxxx program at your University.

In his position as an xxx, xxx is employed in our firm since xxx till date as a part-time employee working 24 hours per week.

His main roles and responsibilities are given below: xxx

Thanks in advance!

If you have a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate, you do not need to get an ECA for that credential.

And if its ur highest i beleive u dont need ECA

But let others comment before deciding. For more info visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp

I hope that ll help

Well i think u can use this if that state responsibilities and duties and dates. But if u can get proper letter or relieving letter its better

I did my masters from Canada, did not do ECA for Indian Degree. Not needed as ur highest education is from Canada.

I believe ref. letter should be issued in last 6 months. Not sure on this.

So if someone had 6 jobs in the past 10 years, are they supposed to run around to every employer and get a new reference letter from every employer?

Is this explicitly mentioned somewhere?

No, there is no requirement like that.
If you have old reference letters from your ex-employers in the IRCC recommended format, those letters will work.
For the current employer, you need to have a latest reference letter.

I've only had one job from 2008-13 after which I went to Canada to study. Haven't had a job after graduation. So would the recommendation letter my boss wrote to my University for my admission be acceptable as a reference letter if it contains all the info?

Yes, it should be fine if all the required details are mentioned in the letter.
