Can i submit my passport for PR Visa stamping in Canada

Hi,

I have gotten the ITA now and will be applying for the PR in the next few weeks. In the mean time, i have been asked to go to Canada on an assignment on a work permit for a period of 8 months. When the time comes to submit the passport for stamping, i am going to be in Canada.

Will I be able to submit my passport somewhere in Canada for the PR Visa stamping? I am a bit worried. Please help..!!
