Can I submit my IELTS 2007 results

Hi,
I took the IELTS Genetral test in May 2007 and got overall 6.5 band score.
Now I want to apply for Canada immigration under FSW. Can I submit this test result as english proficiency proof to claim points?

Please clarify.

No, you can't. According to page 9 of the Federal Skilled Worker Class - Application For Permanent Residence Instruction Guide,

Your test results must not be more than one year old at the time that you submit your application.
