Can I Submit my express entry profile as a pharmacy technician if I am not certified?

I am graduated from faculty of commerce (not a medical field) and all my work experience is in pharmacies as an assistant can I use NOC 3219 (pharmacy technical Assistant) in my express entry profile under federal skilled worker program ??????

Your job description should match the duties mentioned under the NOC 3219. Matching of titles is not necessary.

Having a degree in the same field is not necessary.

Can anybody guide me ....I’m international pharmacy graduate came to Canada as a international student but here I studied different field course ...now I’m on work permit and doing job as a pharmacy assistant but didn’t go through any PECB licence exams ...so my question is can I use this pharmacy assistant job to apply for PR

(pharmacy technical assistant which is noc B)
and I don't mean (pharmacy assistant which is noc c)
if I am not licenced and don't have a degree in medical field ????
