Can I submit my CEC application without my spouse's info

hi there,

I'm married few years ago, and planning to submitted my CEC application soon, however my spouse want to get a divorce recently.

Can I still submit my CEC application without my spouse's info (IMM 5406, IMM5669)? or Do I've to wait until I get my divorce paper before I can submit my application?


Or can I complete spouse's info (IMM 5406, IMM5669) myself? My spouse is not cooperated at this moment.

If your spouse isn't cooperating and you plan to get a divorce, it might be simplest to wait until you have your divorce papers in hand and then apply. That avoids unnecessary complications.

You will have to add his info even after being divorced. Just mention that he is not accompanying you.
