I've paid IMM 5401 at the bank for study permit extension. But since the paper submission is too slow, I want to extend my study permit online now. Is it that the online application only takes credit? Is there any way for me to submit IMM 5401 online or have it refunded so that I can apply online?
By the way, if I apply on paper, it requires that if all passport stamps are not in English, the English translation must be certified. Is that right? That's one of the reasons I want to apply online now.
