Can I Submit EE profile without spouse IELTS?

Hi,

Your help will be appreciated.

Recently got my assessment report by ICAS.

Can I submit my EE profile without spouse IELTS? My wife is planning to give IELTS on 30th April.
Actually I need these adaptability marks 5 points to get qualifying marks 67 under FSW. On the scale of CRS I have 325 points without wife IELTS.

I think one should have 67 points ready before submitting EE profile. Is this true?

Can I amend by EE profile at later stage once I get my Wife's IELTS result.

Can you Tell me the timelines for your ECA:
When did you submit the documents to ICAS and when did you receive the report? after how many days?

As My docs reached to them on 15th of march but so far no Good news?
