Can I study outside Canada while my file is under process for PR within Canada?

I have applied for PR under CEC this month(Dec 2010) within Canada. My student permit is valid till August 2011. I was thinking of studying in another country outside canada.

-Can I study outside Canada while my file is under process for PR?
-Is it going to delay the processing since im outside canada
-Since my temporary resident visa is going to expire in August 2011, Do I have to be in Canada and respond from within Canada when they send the letter to my canadian mailing address (I.e. medical certificate, Q&A meeting with Immigration officer etc). If so, would I be able to obtain a visit visa to enter Canada to be able to provide the required documents and to be present for the interview? Thanks

You should re-read the application instruction guide. You are not required to remain in Canada while a CEC application is in process. The CIC-Buffalo website provides instructions on how to submit a change of address.

Would changing my current address in Canada to another country delay the process?

DO i have to maintain my temporary resident status until i get the P.R?
