Can I Still apply under the Saskatchewan Hard-To-Fill pilot if I have a food processing job?

I heard the Hard-To-Fill program was closed for review in Saskatchewan. However healthcare, agriculture and value-added agriculture was excluded from the closure.

If I have a food processing job (NOC 95106), can I still apply under this program? Food processing counts as " value-added agriculture " right?
