Hi,
Thank you for your attention. I am seeking some advice on if I can/should still apply for EEBC PNP after receiving ITA for PR application.
I have recently received an ITA to apply for PR under FSW. However, I was not very confident about my previous work experience and worry that I might get rejected (Research Assistant NOC 4012, 35 hours /week while being full-time post-graduate student, no work permit required, continuous for more than one year but employment was divided by semesters and there are breaks between two semesters). At the same time, I noticed some recent changes in EEBC PNP that made me qualify for EEBC PNP under International Post-graduate again (previously it said we must apply with two years after graduation, which I sadly missed; the latest version, however, seems to have relaxed it to three years).
So I wonder if it is still possible to apply for EEBC PNP at this point, to maximize my chance? If so, should I answer yes or no to the question "Do you have an active application for provincial nomination or permanent residence under any other federal or provincial program?" I have an ITA for EE FSW now, but I haven't submitted application nor declined ITA, does that count as an "active application"?
Thank you very much for your attention. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
