CAN I STILL APPLY EXPRESS ENTRY

Hi,

I just want to ask. If I am already nominated by PROVINCE of MANITOBA,(just waiting for AOR now)
Can I still apply to express entry, to another province like NEW FOUNDLAND or BRITISH COLUMBIA?

Or should I stick with the application I have right now?

Pleas help!

Hey lizzy,

I think so it will not be good idea as one province already nominated you and now you planning to get approval from another province. The pnp officer gonna think your intentions are not clear to reside in particular province that nominate you already. Rest is upto you. And lizzy who signed your courier package when it reached cic. like what is name of person?

Hi Param, nice to hear from you again! I am not decided to apply to EXPRESS ENTRY, hahaha just gathering infos, in case our application will take forever to be granted. You know, its taking time now, as I am reading some CIC news now regarding Syrian Refugees are more prioritize than applicants.

My package was signed by DS. I never heard this name on this forum. Did you hear this name before? And yes please take some good legal advice before applying for express entry. How many CRS points you think you will get approximate?

You should have to stick with your MPNP application. Refugees arrival to Manitoba has no effect to PR application of immigrants from different country. Refugees and Immigrants are different ( CIC has change its name to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, but website www.cic.gc.ca is still the same)

I am just getting worried when I read some news about the REFUGEES, that they are given more priority than regular PR applicants like me. And CIC are asked and ordered to do their processing in double time.

I don't have any grudges against them as I know Canada is a very open hearted and helpful country specially those with life and death situation.

Just so worried that regular applicants like me will be left on the bush. Its been almost 2-years since I started this process, and theirs only took 2-months.

@ lIZZY ok lizzy, i get this, ur in a hurry right, and ur already nominated which is d main tin, u have used 2 years now, and y not wait for 1 more year and get to canada, cic level is around 12-15 months, yea u may apply for express entry but dis will be what will now hapen, u will now have 2 applications at CIC, and did u no d implication of dis, okay ur talking about syrian refugee, are u from syria for u to apply, and dis ur express entry self is slow dis days, there are thousands of aplication, so LIZZY tink very well

There is a post somewhere on the forum, I read it yesterday, about multiple applications. Somebody got SINP nomination but also applied for FSW program. CIC found out that person has provincial nomination and noticed SINP office that he/she is also in a process for FSW program.
SINP emailed him/her with a request to decide which application to proceed, and to send explanation letter since in SINP application he expressed intention to live in Saskatchewan.
So if you alredy have provincial nomination, you have probably signed somewhere your intention to live in that province. Applying for some other provincial program might have some negative effects on your current nomination, so think twice.
