Can i still aply for immigrate

Hi, everyone. i am a middle school teacher in China, but now i am in the US. I am teaching Chinese now.I planned to send my document to Buffalo,as you know i missed the chance.Can i still aply for immigrate under this title or i need to find another way? Thank you!!

I would even suggest if you can make a visit to Calgary and chk out as there are many chinese speaking commuity and schools. May be you can get some one get you an arranged employment offer letter and then you may be able to apply.
