I am a Chinese who have a 10 years multiple entry V-1 VISA and I really love Canada.

I am not working/studying or doing anything is not allowed to. But since now it's almost 180th day of my stay, is it possible to just go back China for few days and come back again?
Is it allowed to extend my stay by doing this? I work online for Chinese company so I don't really work in Canada. Just love to live here.

You can certainly try. However it's impossible for any of us to say if you wil be allowed back into Canada and for how long. Whether you are allowed back itno Canada and for how long is up to the immigration officer you encounter when you enter Canada. If the officer feels you are trying to "live" in Canada as a visitor - they may refuse you entry or only give you a few weeks in Canada. It would probably be better to spend a couple of months in China before returning to Canada for another long visit.
