Can I stay in Canada for 3 days after my work permit expires

I got a work permit and I have worked in Canada for a month already. My Visa will expire at 28/6, working permit stated that I have to leave on that day.

However, I brought an air-ticket at 1/7, is it possible to stay in Canada for 3 days more? Actually, I am coming from Hong Kong SAR (China) which only need an ETA to stay and is not required a Visitor Visa to stay here for 6 months.

Or can I apply a reenter Canada and extent my stay in Canada for 3 days?

My advise don't stay longer than indicated in your papers. Don't create problems for yourself.

I am thinking another way, will it be possible for me to leave Canada on the expire date to U.S. boarder and re-enter with as a Visitor, since Hong Kong passport are not required for Visitor Visa.

Changing takes 30 days, it may not be possible to do so
