Hi,

I'm waiting for my graduation certificate to be awarded atm from 2 years of college.

Fortunately, I have a job lined up.

What kind of document should I provide to the company while I'm waiting for my PGWP issued?

Will the study permit (expires in August) suffice?

Also,

Are there other documents that I need to submit rather than an Official transcript and graduation certificate for PGWP?

Is transcript optional?

Also, as an international student, would you guys tell the company that you need their support for PNP later ASAP?

Thank you so much.

There really isn't an official document you can provide to the company. You could print out the application page showing it is under review and refer them to section R186(w) or this page:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/study-permits/post-graduation-work-permit-program.html

I just applied for mine yesterday and the required documents were IMM5707, IMM5710, letter from the university stating I had completed my studies, transcript, passport scan, and photo. Depending on your answers during the questionnaire your documents might be different.
I also included a letter of explanation because I finished my program early, but that's optional.
