You can try to submit a parents application when the program open up again in January 2017, only if you have Canadian tax returns meeting the minimum income for your family size for 2013, 2014 and 2015.vanthle said:

Your previous posts don't say whether you have become a PR yet or not. Assuming you are or will be a PR soon, you are still several years away from being able to sponsor your parents. From your previous posts, you've been working in Canada since 2014. If you met the income requirement in 2014, 2015 and will meet it in 2016, you will be able to apply in 2018. If you didn't meet it for 2014 but you do for 2015, 2016 and 2017, you will be able to apply in 2019.
