Hi my status in Canada is PR
My wife status in Canada is PR

My wife is presently pregnant so we are planning to her mom in Canada for few months so that her mom can take care her

We know we can apply super visa

But the problem is me and my total income was 2016 is 27000 so we do not meet super visa income requirements

So if we apply for her regular visitor visa with a dr note and our NOA and invitation letter

DO you guys think she will be approved visitor visa for few months

Really need advise please

Thanks

Hi,

It's not advisable to mention that your mom-in-law is visiting to take care of your wife/baby. This will be seen as working illegally on a TRV. Don't include the note from the doctor.

Do keep her visit for meeting up with family/friends, sightseeing, etc.

Your mom-in-law must demonstrate her strong ties to her home country. As your personal financial situation is not too strong, she must prove that she has the finances to pay for her visit + airfare

Cheers
