i did my +2 in 2011 and i applied for study visa for canada in july 2013 on +2 basis...
i didnt mention in the visa application dat i am persuing my graduation...nw my visa is rejected...
can i mention dat i am persuing graduation while re-applying the visa file????

Well, it's called taking your chances. As you didn't mention this with your intial application, hence you didn't share all the facts and it may impact the decision. However, looking at it in positive manner, you can write about it in your SOP that you wanted to pursue your....
