Can I show a Personal Loan for proof of funds? Will Visa Officer accept if I take a personal loan on my name and by me?

I guess it will work for you as long as you won't entirely depend on it. Provide a loan certificate and other supporting documents that will prove you can pay the loan after/while studying.
