My mother holds a TRV already and is expiring Feb 2025, original travel plan was in June 2025. Since we need TRV visa, I did applied for new TRV visa back in May 2024, while we wait for new TRV approval, travel plans are changed and my mother is in Canada now. Recently on Sep 19th we got the approval and asked to send the passport, now the question is can I send passport to one of Canadian offices for stamp ? I've been calling IRCC everyday since we got the PPR request but no luck as automated machine says 'call center is busy at this time please try again'. Web form has been sent as well, no response either. I even visited one of the border immigration and explained the same, officer said initially 'I dont know either what to do in this case' and then few minutes later said 'JUST RE-APPLY'. Anyone been in this situation? appreciate the response.
Can I send passport to Canada office even if the application was submitted outside Canada?
