Can i Send Passport for PR Stamping from Outside of Canada

I sent my PR application from Canada last year, and i completed everything that's been asked for me since then by the CIC (Medical exam , the $490 and $550 fees) , now i am waiting for the last answer , so they will probably ask me to send my passport this summer i predict.

The issue is that i will be on Vacation starting from 20th of June , and by vacation i mean leaving the Canadian Territory , to Tunisia for a period that can surpass the 60 days ,

so my QUESTION is can i send my passport for PR Stamping from Tunisia (Canada Visa Center in Tunisia said it is possible) but how should i do it , send it by MAIL or deposit it in the Canadian Visa Center in Tunisia??

Please need your help i am leaving soon

All non-US passports of people residing in US ( for ex - people in US on work permit) are sent to Ottawa for stamping for PR visa.

I am well aware of that , but i will not be in the Canadian territory by the time they as me to send the passport i will be in Tunisia , can i send it form there , and if yes how ?
