With all the respect to ll14. Copy-paste from CIC guidelines:
What documents are required?
You must gather and submit to the CIO all the documents listed on the Document Checklist (IMM 5612). Documents from the checklist are only to be submitted once to the CIO. Do not submit documents that are not found on the checklist and do not send duplicates of your application or documentation.
Dear rajakumarjk,
I dare to assume that irrespectively of your certificate enclosed with the application or not it absolutely won't affect the decision made upon your app. Since it's not the mandatory document from the checklist.
i agree with arika.. u dont need to anything extra or anything short of what is required as per doc checklist. people have a lot of certificates of what they have done . for example i have CFA, CMA , Six Sigma etc etc. no need to send them all this ..
remember u r applying for a PR . the educational and training requirement is ur bachelors or masters full time degree which is verified by WES. the NIIT certificate is not sent to WES for verification so CIC wont even look at it.. they want even the degrees to be verified by WES. forget about NIIT like certificates.
u can however use them when applying for jobs. or rather in express entry system u may want to send them to be seen by employer so that u rank higher in the skillset. but again NIIT is an indian certificationg private institution i dont think CIC or any employer in canada would even know what is it.
the truth is even the UK and American certifications such as CIMA and CMA ( both management accountant certifications and quite popular ) have their own counterpart in Canada. ceritifications are heavily regulated in Canada. tahts why it has a huge respect and weightage in terms of getting a job there.
long story short. no need to send NIIT certificate . no certificates that is WES verified is even looked at.
As per my knowledge and best realistic guess.
