I have checked my category cap.Can i send my file to CIO in december 2014
Still i m collecting my documents like birth certificate etc..It ll take another 15 days.

Any cutoff date is there for FSW

For which NOC are you applying for?

It all depends on your NOC. Caps are filling so fast at the moment

They say the Express Entry starts in Jan 2015. As long as your application reaches by the end of Dec, you should be good. Remember that in the end of Dec. there's a lot of Christmas shipping, so your package might get delayed. If it reaches you are good.

By the way if your category gets capped, they don't charge the application fee.
