Can I select WES ECA now and later on Switch to CES(Toronto University) ECA? MBA Equivalency issues.

Hello,
I have done BCA (3 years) - MBA (2 YEARS). Both from Pune University(India), Both full-time courses.
So I was not going WES route as they will grant me two or more degree/1 year pg diploma, and instead chose CES.(WES has some MBA master's equivalency issues for indians.)

My documents reached on 17th march, there is no update after that. After constantly mailing them atleast twice or thrice a week, on 6 august i got an email stating they have documents sent by my institution However, in a followup email received yesterday 4 sept, CES employee said no they dont have any document, they are still sorting through all incoming paper mail.

So I am thinking of going through WES instead and take that two or more degree/1 year pg diploma instead of my MBA.
I am thinking lets create profile with whatever decision WES gives, later on in future if I receive master's equivalency from CES then I can switch that on the PR application for more points.

Is this doable? has anyone done this? Are we allowed to change ECA from one institute to other in the PR application?
I dont think i will get CES decision for another 6-7 months and its useless to wait now.

I just saw in this forum someone's PR was rejected because of his ECA.. Please check it

No not this one.. 2 to 4 months back I saw a post.. Unable to find now. There WES gave 2 or more degrees but CES gave masters.. He uploaded both and CIC did not consider as two institutions rated differently and they considered only 2 or more degrees.. Unable to find the post though as this is huge database. Check in this site related to wes and CES

I think you can delete the lower of the two ECAs and keep the favorable one. Lot of people get more than one ECA done.

Search some more and ask around
