I have received an ITA and am in the process of collecting my documents. I am in a situation where one of my past employers is acting in a hostile manner with respect to providing the roles and responsibilities letter. I have worked at 3 companies so far, and this is the 2nd company (total experience of 1 year). The management is being very smart and I do not have written confirmation from them that they will not provide the roles and responsibilities letter (all communication is being made over telephone, that too in indirect language).
Obviously, work experience (hours and NOC) are an important aspect of the CRS and FSW points calculation. However, I estimate that if I were to leave out this 2nd company, there would be no change to either my CRS points or my FSW points (explanation below):
I don't have a lot of indirect proof either, as payment from the 2nd company often involved cash and I have an erratic salary credit history when I was employed there. This company was a startup with less than 7 employees and so did not have to pay Provident Fund contribution.
Any help will be appreciated!

- 1st company - Primary NOC 2171 - Experience of 2.5 years
- 2nd company - Primary NOC 2172/2161 (whichever is better for "Data Scientist") - Experience of 1 year
- 3rd company - Primary NOC 2172/2161 - Experience of 1.2 years
- CRS - 3+ years of experience based on my 1st and 3rd company (employment gap doesn't matter based on this post)
- FSW - 2 - 3 years of experience based on 1st company alone. (sufficient for 68 points)
