Hi I just want to ask because last year I applied for visa as multiple entry and I was given the visa from Nov 2012 to october 2013. My problem is i''ll be visiting my parents on November this year should I apply again?

Did you know why you got multiple entry visa for only one year? Was it due to your passport validity, etc?

You apply for a new TRV.

Well you said your TRV expires in Oct/13. So if you want to return to Canada after that date, you need a new TRV.
