Can I renew my ID card ? - Please help

Hi everyone,

I am a protected person. Can someone please tell me if I can renew my CNIC to get
police character certificate and other documents required.

I have seen people saying not to renew PASSPORT. But what about CNIC of the country back home ?

You can not renew Official IDs of the Country you flee persecution...
