if you want to apply under Fast Track, you need to send a new application to CIO NS not to CHC New Delhi. At the same time you also need to withdraw your previous application.

Hi,
I think the cancellation request (withdrawal of application) should be done through the representative because you have authorised him initially. In any matter you have to cancell it to submit a new one and you have to mention about the previous application status when you apply fresh.

My Friend,

You do not need to withdraw your previous application under old system to submit new one under fast track system.

Good luck,

dear r.roy, what are the reasons that your consultant showed ?

As you are under 38 NOC, you should reapply. Before reapplication please check with status of present application to make sure your second application will be processed faster than first one. Because applications before Feb 2007 are started to be processed.

For reapplication, in my opinion, consultatnt is not a must although you have consultant in the first application.

There is no objection from CIC part to process two appliactions of same candidate simulteneously. You will just inform about your first application when you reapply. But if you withdraw first one now (before it is started to be processed) you will get the refund.

Good luck.
