can i put my supervisor cell phone number in reference letter

Hi i want to know that can i put my previous supervisor cell phone in reference letter because my previous company is in crisis and dont know when they are going to file bankruptcy so just wondering if officer calls for verification there will not be anyone to answer the call.

For CEC they usually don't call,but yes if your supervisor feels like he can add his contact number.
