If I have a period of working experience 5 years ago that I cannot remember the detail or find related information, should I mention this period of experience in personal history (I did not claim any points from it)?

Or I can simply put unemployed for that period of time because such experience is too obscure and cannot be verified?

You should complete the form accurately but don't need to provide supporting documents or reference letters for it.

You don't need to prove anything in personal history. You can mention it and not prove it. The most important thing is not to leave any time gaps because this will cause delays in processing.
