I have received ITA from Human Capital stream. However, if I claimed all the two year experiences from my previous employer then my CRS score would be too high and become ineligible for this stream. At this time my former employer would not provide the experience letter with shorter employed period. Can I only use one year of the experience for my application and not including the part of extra experiences with this same particular employer , so I can achieve a lower score?
Can I not claim partial of my work experience for OINP?
