Can I move to another province as a PR?

Hi everbody,

if everything goes as planned I will be a landed immigrant in Ontario in the second half of next year.

Now I have a basic question. Once I have my PR status, am I allowed to freely relocate within Canada also to another province? And if not, how would it work?

Yes, you can move to where ever you wish.

I see from your other posts that your wife is sponsoring you. If she is sponsoring you in Ontario, she did not get the CSQ for you from Quebec Immigration so you should make sure that you do not land in Quebec. However, you can move to Quebec after you land.
