Can I make a legal name change during citizenship process?

Hi,

I'm now in the process of deparately waiting for them to call me down for the ceremony-- I wrote my test last week.

The thing is, I've been filling out my name change form and was wondering when would be the best time to send it in. (Applying in Ontario)
The safest bet would be holding onto it until after the ceremony, but unfortunately I'm visiting my home country this summer which would mean I won't be meeting one of the criteria for applying for name change (applicants must have lived in Ontario for at least the past 12 months), and I'd really like to get it over with, ASAP.

Now, I'm aware that the changing of name itself doesn't make any change in any of my official documents (PR card, passport, SIN card, etc) but I'm responsible of having them changed with my Change of Name Form after I got them.

Would I get into any trouble by sending in the name change form now that I still haven't done my ceremony?
