Can i made request for changes in generic form after i get AOR

I have applied for PR under cec. Havn't got AOR yet. Can I ask CO to make update to my application like adding to the question i answered about using other name or surname. I found out after that for some incident, my family name was used. Thanks

No, without AOR there's nothing you can add or change about your application.

After getting the AOR you can email information and updates to CPP-O, yes.
But you'll need the AOR, as without AOR your file has not been issued a file number and the VO
won't be able to attach information to your file.
