I was on a work permit visa for the past year. My company has done an LMIA as well but while applying for an extension for my work permit the companies immigration lawyer forgot to add a few important documents due to which it was refused. My question is now that all documents were submitted and the restoration process will take 30 days can I leave the country while my work permit application is in restoration and come back to the country when I get my work permit ????
