Hello, I just got my PR visa as a Quebec skilled worker, I currently live in Vancouver and plan to move to Quebec this summer.
Can I just take a bus/fly to Seattle and land on my way back to Vancouver? Or do I have to go all the way to Montreal?
Also I was here on a study permit that has expired 5 months ago, am I gonna get in trouble because of that?
