CAN I LAND IN ONTARIO AND MOVE TO SETTLE IN QUEBEC IMMEDIATELY ON A ( CEC-PR) ?

I am presently working in Quebec on a Work Permit and is expecting P R Visa Stamping very shortly under CEC. I am planning to go for a (Flag Pole), will there be any issues when the landing officer sees that i am already working in Quebec with a Work Permit …. (I have no CSQ from Quebec for my CEC- PR).
Will it be problematic to settle in Quebec after applying under Canadian Experience Class and continue in my present Job again ?

I would appreciate some suggesstions/advice on this issue

Thanks in advance

You can land at any Canadian port of entry that has immigration officers. They just ask your address where you're going to be so they can send your PR card in the mail. If you're going to Quebec and you have a CSQ it doesn't matter where you land.

I remember someone who was on a work permit in QC and was getting his PR through FSW, similar situation. He was advised by immigration to land outside Quebec and get his PR card sent to a non-Quebec address. His plan was to at least complete his contract in QC before moving elsewhere and they said that was ok.
