Can I land in a different province on a Closed Work Permit? My Closed Work Permit was initially applied for Nova Scotia but we have offices in Ontario as well.

You need to work in the office where your closed work permit is applied for. So you can "land" or arrive in Canada at any city. But you need to have on ward travel to the office where youre closed work permit is tied to.

So take a look at your close work permit and see if it has the location on it. I know that yours is not a coop work permit but I can only find example in the link.

Is NOC Code anything to do with the Location? My NOC code is 0013 and I am responsible for Business Development and Sales also. Also, I have 2 active Customers in Niagara Region. Me being close to them is very important. Can this be a reason for me to land in Toronto and see if they allow me to stay there?
I will let others reply. I am not familar with NOC codes.
