Can I immigrate under MPNP??

hi,

I have 2 years of experience as a Retail Petrol Station Manager and I have found my Job under NOC 0621 Retail Sales Manager on Occupations in Demand list of Manitoba Nominee Program. But my doubt is that my father is the owner of that Retail Petrol Station and my Bachelors degree is in Computer Science and engineering. I did this job because there was no one to handle it and I did not find good job in my field. I would like to know I will be treated as a worker or self employed. If I would like to immigrate under this category and will it create problems while immigration process???

Is your father paying you as an employee? Then you are an employee. Is your father a PR who lives in Manitoba? Maybe he can sponsor you under the family stream program. Talk to the MPNP and ask them about your options.

No, my father dont have Manitoba PR. I am paying to employees at petrol station but my father dont pay to me and he dont run the petrol station I am the one who handles all the managrial and sales related tasks. It is like are family business.
