my husband was sponsored and received pr in june 2018, came to Canada September 2018, however i found out that he fathered a child in 2017 and was hiding it because he knew i wouldnt have did the sponsorship and he also didnt declare her on his application. Can i use this to get hik deported? We got married in 2015 and we have 1 child together and i’m currently pregnant but idc about that. I just want him gone.

You can report him to CBSA. Whether he is deported or not is not up to you. That's up to CBSA to determine. Impossible for any of us to say if CBSA will decide to remove him or allow him to remain in Canada. Details on how to report him are here:

I know i dont have a say in the decision, i just wanted to know if that we be enough considering he lied on his application and thats adultery. I’ve read it can happen for not declaring the child so i just wanted clarity.

None of us here can tell you if this is bad enough to have him deported.

Adultery is certainly not grounds for having him deported.

The only thing that is relevant is the fact that he has a child that wasn't declared since this is misrepresentation. You'll need to prove that he knew about the child before he came to Canada and didn't just find out about the child now. In other words, you'll need to prove he committed misrepresentation on purpose. Even if you have evidence to show this, this still will not guarantee that CBSA will revoke his PR status and remove him from Canada. CBSA may decide there aren't sufficient grounds to deport him. They may also factor in the fact that he has a child in Canada and decide to let him remain based on that.

Go ahead and report him. But also move on with your life and forget about him. There's certainly a chance you won't get the satisfaction you're looking for and he will be allowed to remain in Canada.

He barely does anything for our child.
I have to do everything or when my mom gets involved he tried to make it seem like he takes care of her. I have evidence of everything. He might not get deported as you said i’ll event Let go but i’ll try what i can for now. He doesn’t deserve to be here.
