Can I have a gift deed of required funds from my maternal uncle(real) lives in Canada?

The only thing I am confused in is I am short of required funds. would it be ok if I borrow those funds from my biological maternal Uncle who lives in Canada?

Well which one is it? Are you borrowing or is he gifting you the money? If the latter then no issue.

He lives in canada and I am in Pakistan. He will be sending the funda to me as a gift.

I believe the best way is to get it from immediate family. But I will let other seniors weigh in.
