Can I go with my soon to be husband when he go to study for 2 years?

My fiance is planning to go to study in Canada for two years, we were searching for solution and we found out that there is a possibility that I can go with him, as I understood I can have a work permit, what do I need to provide when I apply and how much funds needed ?
-I have a university diploma (graphic design).
-My work experience (freelancer)

Just be careful it says "may apply" that doesn't mean that SOWP its guaranteed. It is taking around 5 months to process SOWP. Would suggest you apply separately than with his study permit because if you combine it takes much longer.

SOWP even if you don't plan on working.
